These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, including sale of clothes, manufacturing and production with our website.

2. Sales, Orders, and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Sales and Orders

Sales and orders can be made:

  • By phone (57871600)  (standard call rates apply); or

  • In store

2.2 Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card in store

  • Cash or contactless payments in store

All payments made online are processed securely via third-party payment processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Gecko Kids does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available upon request or at the point of transaction.
